  • 1 kilo pork carnitas
  • 4 bolillo rolls, in half
  • 2 tomatoes, for the sauce
  • 1 tomatillo, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 2 serrano chiles, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the sauce

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, for the sauce

  • Heat a little cooking spray oil in a pan. Add the Oaxaca cheese and the pork carnitas. Cook for 3 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.Place the bolillo on top of the carnitas with cheese and flip. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on each side to brown the bread. Set aside.
  • In another pan, roast the tomato, the onion, the garlic clove, and the serrano chiles until they start to change color and become soft.Place the vegetables in the molcajete little by little and start to grind. Season with coarse salt, add the oil and vinegar. Mix and set aside.
  • Serve the carnitas sandwich and add the ground sauce, onion, and cilantro. Pair with Sidral Mundet® Strawberry-Kiwi flavor!
