Carrot Fingers

This carrot fingers recipe is perfect for having a great time with your little ones, besides being delicious and nutritious.

  • 1/2 kilos carrot
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 5 sausages
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Wash and peel the carrots. Boil them and drain when cooked.
  • Place the carrots in a deep bowl and mash them, then add the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Cut the sausages into 3 parts. Cover the sausages with the carrot mixture and fry. Remove and drain on paper towels.
