1/2 kilos carrot
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
5 sausages
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Wash and peel the carrots. Boil them and drain when cooked.
Place the carrots in a deep bowl and mash them, then add the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Cut the sausages into 3 parts. Cover the sausages with the carrot mixture and fry. Remove and drain on paper towels.
