190 grams blackberry sauce with extra special mulatto chili
1.2 kilos beef shank, cooked
2 1/4 cups broth
4 guajillo chiles, seedless, roasted and boiled
4 pulla chili, seedless, roasted and boiled
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic
1/4 teaspoons cumin
1 sprig epazote
4 cups new potatoes, boiled
1 sprig parsley, for decoration

BLEND the chiles with the garlic, cumin, and 2 cups of broth. Blend until a smooth and uniform sauce is obtained.
HEAT a pot with 1 tbsp. of oil, place the meat, and wait until it browns slightly, then pour in the sauce. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes and season.
BLEND the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese from Kraft® with the remaining broth and add it to the pot along with the epazote. Adjust seasoning and cook for 5 more minutes.
