Chambarete in Guajillo Sauce Philadelphia

  • 190 grams blackberry sauce with extra special mulatto chili
  • 1.2 kilos beef shank, cooked
  • 2 1/4 cups broth
  • 4 guajillo chiles, seedless, roasted and boiled 4 guajillo chiles, seedless, roasted and boiled
  • 4 pulla chili, seedless, roasted and boiled

  • 4 cups new potatoes, boiled

  • BLEND the chiles with the garlic, cumin, and 2 cups of broth. Blend until a smooth and uniform sauce is obtained.
  • HEAT a pot with 1 tbsp. of oil, place the meat, and wait until it browns slightly, then pour in the sauce. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes and season.
  • BLEND the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese from Kraft® with the remaining broth and add it to the pot along with the epazote. Adjust seasoning and cook for 5 more minutes.
