Chicken and Bell Pepper Skewers

  • In a plastic bag, mix the lemon juice, oregano, olive oil, chicken, and bell peppers. Marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare a grill.
  • Cook the garlic cloves in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • Using skewers, make 6 skewers alternating chicken, bell pepper, and garlic (4 cubes of chicken, 2 cubes of red bell pepper, 2 cubes of green bell pepper, and 2 garlic cloves).
  • Season with salt and pepper and cook on the grill for 10 minutes or until the chicken is well done.
