  • 2.5 kilos chicken breast , minced
  • 60 grams serrano ham, cut into pieces
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cups parsley , finely chopped
  • 1 egg, for coating
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, for coating
  • 1 cup flour , for coating
  • 1 cup oil , for frying
  • 100 grams potato
  • 70 grams onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 30 grams mustard
  • 1/2 liters chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

  • To make the balls, crush the Serrano ham, garlic, parsley, and mix with the previously minced chicken.
  • Add the egg, breadcrumbs, and mix everything well. Form balls with the previous mixture and fry in hot oil.
  • For the sauce, sauté the garlic and onion until golden.
  • Add the potato cut into small pieces.
  • Add the mustard, pepper, and chicken broth. Lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes until the broth has reduced by half.
