Chicken Breast and Peppers

It is a very healthy dish, free of saturated fat. The grilled chicken breast is placed on a bed of wheat germ with alfalfa, topped with refried beans and fried bell peppers cooked in olive oil, and don't forget the sauce!

  • 1 unit chicken breast
  • 1 unit green bell pepper
  • 1 box alfalfa
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 can refried beans

  • Grill the chicken breast with a little pepper and lemon.
  • Fry a green bell pepper, cut into strips, with 3 teaspoons of OLIVE OIL, which is healthier.
  • On a plate, place a portion of wheat germ and alfalfa, on top of the wheat germ and alfalfa, place the chicken breast, spread refried beans over the chicken breast, and place the strips of green bell pepper on top of the beans.
  • To garnish and add more flavor, you can accompany it with a red sauce or pico de gallo.
