4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cups herbes de Provence
3/4 cups bread crumbs
3 cloves garlic
1 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
6 fresh basil leaves
1/2 tablespoons fresh oregano

Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Mix 2 of them with olive oil, mash, and set aside.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a deep bowl and mix the remaining garlic clove (mashed) with the Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the Provençal herbs, oregano, and fresh basil.
Slice the chicken breasts and coat them in olive oil and garlic.
Once the meat is well coated, dip it in the mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, herbs, and garlic. Add a pinch of salt.
Place the chicken in a previously greased baking dish and bake at 180° for 30 to 40 minutes, until the chicken fillets are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
