Chicken Breast with Spicy Sauce and Goat Cheese

  • 1 cup goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups walnuts
  • 5 chicken breasts, flattened
  • 2 teaspoons fines herbs
  • 2 tablespoons ancho chile, ground
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted with skin
  • 3 dried árbol chiles, soaked
  • 2 cups Del Fuerte® natural tomato purée
  • 1 cup orange juice, natural
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 clove
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix in a bowl the goat cheese, cream cheese, and walnut. Set aside.
  • On a board, lay out aluminum foil, place the chicken breasts, add the cheese mixture, and wrap to make a roll. Sprinkle with fine herbs and ground chili. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil to prevent it from unraveling.
  • Place the wrapped rolls on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes until well cooked.
  • Remove from the oven and set aside covered.
  • Blend the garlic, tree chilis, Del Fuerte® Natural Tomato Purée, orange juice, pepper, and clove until well combined, pour it into a hot saucepan over medium heat to cook until reduced and you obtain a thick sauce, set the preparation aside.
  • Serve the sauce as a base on a plate and add the chicken roll cut in half. Enjoy.
