1 1/3 cups cow's milk
2 tablespoons chipotle chile, ground
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cups onion
1 can button mushrooms, drained
salt
pepper
6 chicken breasts
1 package cream cheese

HEAT a pan with the oil and fry the onion until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté.
BLEND the remaining ingredients for the sauce (cream cheese, milk, chipotle, chicken broth, salt, and pepper) and pour over the above.
HEAT until it comes to a boil.
HEAT a little oil in another pan and fry the chicken breasts.
SERVE over the chicken.
