The chicken in this recipe is served in cubes in a creamy sauce of bell peppers and chipotle peppers. Very easy to prepare for daily meals.

2 red bell peppers, or green
2 chipotle chiles
1/2 liters sour cream, lala
1 square chicken broth

Cook the chicken breasts in the oven, bathed in butter.
When they are golden, take them out of the oven and cut them into cubes. Set aside.
To prepare the sauce, toast the bell peppers and peel them. Blend with the cream, chipotle peppers, and the chicken broth cube.
In this sauce, add the reserved chicken cubes. If necessary, you can add a little milk to avoid it being too thick.
Let everything simmer in a skillet for 5 minutes on low heat.
