Chicken Breasts in Cream Sauce

The chicken in this recipe is served in cubes in a creamy sauce of bell peppers and chipotle peppers. Very easy to prepare for daily meals.

  • 6 chicken breasts, medium
  • 2 red bell peppers, or green
  • 2 chipotle chiles
  • 1/2 liters sour cream, lala
  • 1 square chicken broth

  • Cook the chicken breasts in the oven, bathed in butter.
  • When they are golden, take them out of the oven and cut them into cubes. Set aside.
  • To prepare the sauce, toast the bell peppers and peel them. Blend with the cream, chipotle peppers, and the chicken broth cube.
  • In this sauce, add the reserved chicken cubes. If necessary, you can add a little milk to avoid it being too thick.
  • Let everything simmer in a skillet for 5 minutes on low heat.
