Place the flattened chicken breasts on a board and season with salt and pepper.
In a hot skillet, add the butter and cook the chicken breasts for about 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
In a skillet (pot), add a bit of butter, garlic, and onion to sauté, then add the stems of the mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes. Next, add the cream and chicken broth and bring to a boil. If you prefer, you can add a bit of milk to make it less creamy.
Blend all the ingredients for the sauce. Once blended, pour the mixture into the skillet with the chicken breasts.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the sauce and let it cook for 10 minutes. Serve the chicken breast covered in sauce and mushrooms.
