Chicken burgers are an alternative for people who do not consume red meat. Remember that to tenderize the chicken, we have some tricks that we share here.
Mix the ground chicken with egg and breadcrumbs, add a little more breadcrumbs if necessary, until the burger mixture is manageable. Shape the burgers and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Take a packet of Maggi® Jugoso al Sartén® for Burger, wrap a piece of chicken with the packet and press to infuse the flavor. Place the seasoned meat in a hot skillet, cook the piece for 8 minutes on each side over medium-low heat. Once the meat has been flipped twice, open the packet and place a slice of manchego cheese and a slice of yellow cheese, let it melt with the heat, remove from the skillet. Repeat until all the meat is cooked.
Assemble the chicken burger with the bun, ketchup, mustard, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Serve with wedge fries.
