Chicken in Butter Sauce with Herbs

A simple recipe to make chicken breasts. In this recipe, they are prepared with a butter sauce with parsley and mint.

  • 8 chicken breasts, thin

  • Place the flour on a wide plate.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour.
  • In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
  • In batches, cook the chicken breasts until browned, about 3 minutes on each side. (Add more oil to the skillet if necessary).
  • Transfer the cooked breasts to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
  • Add the wine to the skillet and all the juices from the chicken that have accumulated.
  • Cook until the liquid reduces by half, about 4 minutes.
  • Add the chicken and move it around the skillet to coat.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and add the butter and chopped herbs.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir the sauce well.
  • Serve the breasts on plates and drizzle with the sauce.
