Chicken in Butter Sauce with Herbs

1/4 cups flour
8 chicken breasts, thin
pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cups dry white wine
2 tablespoons unsalted butter , in pieces, fry
3 tablespoons parsley , fresh or mint, chopped (you can use a mix of both)

Place the flour on a wide plate.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour.
In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
In batches, cook the chicken breasts until browned, about 3 minutes on each side. (Add more oil to the skillet if necessary).
Transfer the cooked breasts to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
Add the wine to the skillet and all the juices from the chicken that have accumulated.
Cook until the liquid reduces by half, about 4 minutes.
Add the chicken and move it around the skillet to coat.
Remove the skillet from the heat and add the butter and chopped herbs.
Season with salt and pepper and stir the sauce well.
Serve the breasts on plates and drizzle with the sauce.
