Chipotle chili is one of the most commonly used chiles in Mexican cuisine; in this recipe, the chipotle gives the chicken a spicy but very delicious flavor.
The chicken cut into pieces is boiled with onion, salt, and garlic until tender.
Blend the cream with the chili and a little broth.
Drain the pieces of chicken and in a skillet with oil, brown them, then remove the chicken and some of the oil.
In the remaining oil, sauté the garlic, onion, and tomato until it starts to boil, add the blended mixture, and incorporate the chicken pieces, letting it cook a bit longer.
