Chicken in Chipotle

Chipotle chili is one of the most commonly used chiles in Mexican cuisine; in this recipe, the chipotle gives the chicken a spicy but very delicious flavor.

  • 1 kilo chicken
  • 1 garlic, large finely chopped
  • 500 grams sour cream
  • 1/2 tomatoes, red chopped
  • chipotle chile, pickled
  • 1 onion
  • vegetable oil

  • The chicken cut into pieces is boiled with onion, salt, and garlic until tender. Blend the cream with the chili and a little broth.
  • Drain the pieces of chicken and in a skillet with oil, brown them, then remove the chicken and some of the oil.
  • In the remaining oil, sauté the garlic, onion, and tomato until it starts to boil, add the blended mixture, and incorporate the chicken pieces, letting it cook a bit longer.
