Chicken in Mexican Sauces and Red Wine

This delicious chicken is simmered in a broth seasoned with red wine and many Mexican sauces, it's super easy to make and very tasty. It's a homemade dish that you can prepare for everyone at home and treat them. Don't wait any longer.

  • 12 chicken
  • 4 tablespoons garlic
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 7 cups water
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Maggi seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chilli sauce, (to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper

  • In a large pot, heat the oil, sauté the garlic and onion for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken, potatoes, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the water, red wine, and all the sauces.
  • Allow it to simmer on low heat; cover and cook for 45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Remove the lid and cook for an additional 15 minutes to allow much of the broth to evaporate and the sauce to thicken. Serve.
