Chicken in Pineapple Syrup

A delicious selection of meat bathed in a tropical mixture of pineapple, mustard, and mayonnaise baked in the oven.

  • 6 chicken thighs

  • The chicken is washed and marinated with garlic salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
  • To make the sauce, mix mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl, then add the pineapple in small pieces along with the syrup.
  • Once the chicken pieces are marinated, proceed to dip them in the sauce, pouring everything into a baking dish, garnishing with a few slices of pineapple, and covering with aluminum foil, then place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, checking constantly to turn the pieces to achieve a golden effect.
