Chicken Legs in Bell Pepper Sauce

  • 5 chicken drumsticks, clean
  • 5 bell peppers, reserve a bit to cut into strips

  • In a pot, place the chicken pieces to cook until they are ready.
  • Then in a skillet, brown the chicken to your liking with a splash of oil.
  • Blend the peppers with the cumin, garlic, and milk.
  • In a saucepan, add the previous mixture and let it thicken a bit.
  • Add the onion and diced tomato, let cook for 6 minutes. Once ready, add the previously browned chicken pieces and let simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the cream (if it's too thick, add a little more milk) and mix it with the chicken.
  • Finally, add the strips of bell pepper that you reserved. Cook for a few more minutes or until the strips are tender. Serve and enjoy.
