Chicken Milanesa with Parmesan

The chicken milanesa is very delicious, the breading gives it a really nice crispy flavor. Try this recipe with a slight change to the traditional breading by adding parmesan.

  • 4 chicken cutlets, or flattened chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 avocados
  • leaves romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped into small cubes
  • pepper, to taste

  • Season the breasts with salt and pepper, mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan cheese.
  • Dip the breasts in the egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Repeat the step with the egg and the bread for better results, then fry in hot oil and serve on a plate.
