Chicken Milanesa with Parmesan

The chicken milanesa is very delicious, the breading gives it a really nice crispy flavor. Try this recipe with a slight change to the traditional breading by adding parmesan.

4 chicken cutlets, or flattened chicken breast
1 egg
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 avocados
leaves romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes, chopped into small cubes
pepper, to taste

Season the breasts with salt and pepper, mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan cheese.
Dip the breasts in the egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
Repeat the step with the egg and the bread for better results, then fry in hot oil and serve on a plate.
