Chicken Milanese in Worcestershire Sauce Marinade

  • 1 kilo chicken fillet
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons onion, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/8 tablespoons dried thyme, ground
  • 1/8 tablespoons ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs , battered
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt

  • 1/2 cups oil , for frying

  • Wash, rub the milanesa with lemon, rinse, and dry. If desired, cut them to the desired shape, or leave the fillets whole.
  • In a container, prepare a marinade by mixing grated onion, garlic with salt, thyme, pepper, English sauce, soy sauce, and the tablespoon of oil. Rub the breasts with the marinade and set aside for a few minutes.
  • Heat the frying oil in a large pan.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg and salt with a whisk. In another container, place the flour, and in another, the breadcrumbs. Dip the breasts first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Add the coated breasts to the pan and fry until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even browning without burning.
  • Transfer to a tray lined with paper towels to remove excess grease.
