Chicken Mince

  • 1 kilo chicken breast, into strips and then into small cubes
  • 1/2 kilos peas
  • 1/2 kilos potato
  • 1/2 kilos carrot
  • 1/2 kilos tomato
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 onions, minced
  • vegetable oil, to precook the chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 clove
  • 2 leaves bay

  • Peel the peas, carrot, and potato. Cut into small cubes. Cook in salted water in that order.
  • In a pot, put onion and a little oil to precook the chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend the tomato with garlic, onion, pepper, and clove.
  • Mix the vegetables with the chicken and the tomato broth. Add a couple of bay leaves.
