Chicken patties in green sauce

  • Shred the chicken breast
  • Add the flour to the chicken
  • Beat the eggs and mix them with the chicken and flour
  • With your hand, form the patties and fry them in the oil
  • Add them to the sauce
  • To make the sauce, cook the tomatoes, blend them with garlic, onion, and cilantro, and season to taste.
