Chicken Roll-Ups

Kids love to eat a variety of dishes, so to keep them from getting bored with chicken, make this easy and quick chicken roll-ups recipe.

  • 1 package sliced bread
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 can celery soup, or mushroom soup
  • 1/4 liters whipping cream
  • unsalted butter , as needed
  • 300 grams Manchego cheese, shredded

  • Trim the edges of the bread package and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  • In a bowl, combine the tuna with the vegetables, mayonnaise, and mix; fill each slice of bread with this mixture, making little rolls.
  • Place them in a previously greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the cream with the celery or mushroom soup and pour this over the roll-ups, then sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
