  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 can peas

  • Boil the chicken in water with onion and spices. Remove the chicken once it is very tender.
  • Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Cook them in water until they are soft.
  • Shred the chicken into strips and combine the chicken, carrot, potato, and peas in a large dish.
  • Add the 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a bit of the chicken broth to integrate well.
