Chicken Tinga with Potato

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 3 red chiles
  • 1 potato
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • Cook the chicken until it's tender; shred when it’s cool.
  • Cook the chiles in plenty of water. Blend with a pinch of salt until the sauce is smooth.
  • In a saucepan, pour 1 tablespoon of oil and add the chicken, let it brown. Add the sauce and then the potato. It will be ready when the potato is tender and the sauce starts to boil.
