Chicken Wings in Oyster Sauce with Broccoli

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/4 bottles oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 broccoli
  • 6 green onions, girls
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored cornstarch, white

  • Cut the wings into three pieces, discard the thinnest part, marinate them with soy sauce and salt, and let them sit for an hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken wings until they are well-cooked, then remove them and let them dry.
  • Chop the garlic, cut the broccoli, halve the green onions and separate the leaves, and slice the green stems.
  • In a cup of water, dissolve one tablespoon of cornstarch.
  • Heat a little oil in the pan to fry the garlic (do not let it brown), add the green onions and broccoli, fry a little, then add the wings and pour the oyster sauce over everything. Stir everything to absorb the flavor of the oyster sauce, add the dissolved cornstarch and the remaining water, and let it cook for a few seconds until it thickens slightly. Serve and garnish with slices of the green onion stems, and accompany with white rice, and enjoy.
