Chicken Wings with Coffee, Saffron Sauces, and Berries

A recipe with many flavors and colors. Coffee pairs very well with chicken, and the saffron and red fruits add an aromatic touch.

  • For the wings Clean the wings Add the powdered coffee, salt, and massage until the wings absorb it. Heat the olive oil in a pan and roast the wings on all sides until they form a crust. Then finish cooking in a hot oven at 180°C until the wings are cooked. For the saffron sauce Heat 2 pots of water and add the teaspoon of saffron powder and stir. Then add the butter and heat in a pot while stirring until it thickens. Season with salt to taste. For the berries In a pan, place the frozen berries and cover them with cold water and half their weight in sugar. Put on the heat and cook until it thickens. For the salad Clean the salad and season with salt, olive oil, and lemon. Plating the dish Arrange the wings, berries, and salad in a row and drizzle saffron sauce around. Season with a drizzle of oil and serve. Enjoy!!!!
