Chicken with Broccoli

To avoid getting up from the table when dining with your family, prepare this chicken with broccoli recipe, made with a delicious soy sauce, vegetables, and rice.

  • Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes and marinate it for 1 hour in soy sauce.
  • Slice celery into thin rounds, cut carrots into strips, quarter the onion, and separate the broccoli florets.
  • Melt the three sticks of butter and sauté the chicken. Once it's well cooked, add the celery, then the carrots, and finally the onion along with 1 cup of soy sauce, then add the broccoli.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked, add 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and mix well. Add this to the chicken and stir.
  • Add the other cup of soy sauce and wait for it to boil, and it's ready.
