Chicken with Carrot

Delicious and easy chicken recipe with carrot and mustard. Also healthy. I invite you to prepare this recipe and enjoy it as much as I do.

  • 2 chickens
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 carrots, grated
  • 2 sprigs chives
  • 1 dash water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, mustard, and soy sauce. Let it rest for a couple of hours to marinate.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet, add the chicken breasts and sear them.
  • Grate half a carrot and finely chop the green onion, add to the mixture, stir, and immediately add a splash of water.
  • Let it reduce for a few minutes and it's ready.
  • Serve and accompany with mashed potatoes and a mixed salad.
