Chicken with Three Pepper Sauce

This is an easy and healthy recipe; you will love this chicken in three pepper sauce.

  • 190 grams reduced-fat cream cheese , Philadelphia
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 100 milliliters low-fat sour cream
  • 150 milliliters light milk
  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper, in cubes
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic

  • LINE a baking tray with aluminum foil and bake the previously seasoned chicken breasts at 180°C for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
  • BLEND the cream cheese, milk, and cream. Set aside.
  • HEAT a skillet, add the oil, garlic, onion, and peppers over medium heat until the peppers soften. Season with chicken broth concentrate.
  • ADD the blended mixture to the pan and heat until it boils; adjust with salt and pepper if necessary.
  • SERVE the hot chicken breasts and pour the sauce over them.
