190 grams reduced-fat cream cheese , Philadelphia
6 boneless chicken breasts
100 milliliters low-fat sour cream
150 milliliters light milk
1/2 cups green bell pepper, in cubes
1/2 cups yellow bell pepper, in cubes
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic

LINE a baking tray with aluminum foil and bake the previously seasoned chicken breasts at 180°C for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
BLEND the cream cheese, milk, and cream. Set aside.
HEAT a skillet, add the oil, garlic, onion, and peppers over medium heat until the peppers soften. Season with chicken broth concentrate.
ADD the blended mixture to the pan and heat until it boils; adjust with salt and pepper if necessary.
SERVE the hot chicken breasts and pour the sauce over them.
