1 kilo chicken, shredded
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 cups white rice
1 1/2 cups chicken bullion
3 tablespoons achiote

Start cooking the rice.
Meanwhile, chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic into small cubes.
In a skillet, add the broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and green beans. Add the chicken and wait for it to cook and the broth to reduce.
Add the achiote and sauté.
Once the sauté is ready and the rice is cooked, mix them well and serve hot.
