  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • salt

  • Place the legs and thighs in a bowl, pour in the milk, heavy cream, and hot sauce, and mix. Cover the bowl and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and baking powder and combine.
  • Dredge the legs and thighs in flour, coating them well.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, spray with cooking spray, and bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes. Enjoy the best air fryer fried chicken!
