1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 cup flour
2 eggs
4 chicken breasts

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix in a deep bowl the breadcrumbs, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
With a meat mallet, flatten the chicken breasts.
Prepare three deep plates, one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and another with the breadcrumb mixture.
Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
Pass each chicken breast first through the flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs, and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake the chicken breasts until the crust is crispy and the chicken is well-cooked, approximately 20-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve with ketchup.
