1/2 cups amaranth
1 pinch pimentón
pepper
1 egg
1 lemon , its juice
4 tablespoons flour
oil
salt

Squeeze the lemon over the chicken cutlets.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
Mix the breadcrumbs and amaranth.
Beat the egg.
Coat the cutlets with flour, then dip in the egg, and finally in the amaranth mixture.
Fry in a pan with a little oil.
