  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mango purée
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 can chipotle chile
