Breaded Fried Chicken

Delicious fried chicken, easy and quick to make, with a very tasty spiced breading.

  • 6 chicken drumsticks, skinless
  • 250 milliliters cow's milk
  • 250 milliliters water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pieces Mccormick®
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • saltine crackers
  • salt , necessary amount
  • oil , necessary amount

  • In a pot, place the milk, water, and pieces of chicken, and season with a little salt. Cook over medium heat until they are cooked through, then drain the chicken.
  • In a deep container with a lid, place the flour, seasonings, and chicken. Put the lid on and shake well until the flour coats the chicken pieces.
  • Beat the egg with a fork in a deep plate. Crush the saltine crackers until they are like sand and place them on a plate, seasoning with a little pepper and curry.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in the egg, drain well, and then coat them in the crushed crackers.
  • In a pan with hot oil, place the breaded chicken pieces for a couple of minutes and turn them to fry evenly.
