This chicken burger with ranch dressing is my favorite; the crispy chicken gives the burger a delicious flavor. I love making it and enjoying the great taste of ranch dressing.

300 grams chicken meat for milanesa
1 package breadcrumbs
lettuce, to taste
1 egg
dressing, ranch

Divide the chicken breast into two round shapes slightly larger than the bun.
Beat the egg and dip the chicken into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs.
Fry the chicken in the pan with oil, remove the two breasts and place them in a container with paper to absorb the fat.
Then open the hamburger bun, add the breaded chicken breast, lettuce, and finally the ranch dressing to taste.
