Chicken Cordon Bleu

1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
4 chicken cutlets
4 slices turkey breast, (approx. 120 g)
4 slices Manchego cheese, or chihuahua
1 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 egg
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Spread the chicken fillet and fill it with turkey breast and cheese. Fold it in half and secure it with 1 or 2 toothpicks.
In a baking sheet or flat mold, combine Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, breadcrumbs, and pepper.
Dip the stuffed fillets in egg and then in breadcrumbs, pressing well to make it stick.
Fry them in hot oil and if necessary, remove excess oil with a paper towel.
