Chicken Cordon Bleu

Enjoy a crispy chicken cordon bleu with a delicious melted cheese and ham center that will leave more than one person in love. If you still don't know what to cook for a dinner with the in-laws, this easy recipe will save you.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 4 slices turkey breast, (approx. 120 g)
  • 4 slices Manchego cheese, or chihuahua
  • 1 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Spread the chicken fillet and fill it with turkey breast and cheese. Fold it in half and secure it with 1 or 2 toothpicks.
  • In a baking sheet or flat mold, combine Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, breadcrumbs, and pepper.
  • Dip the stuffed fillets in egg and then in breadcrumbs, pressing well to make it stick.
  • Fry them in hot oil and if necessary, remove excess oil with a paper towel.
