100 grams cheddar cheese
80 grams breadcrumbs
500 grams boneless chicken breast , in fajitas
1/3 cups mango chutney
chipotle chiles, to taste
12 corn tortillas
1 mango, cut into strips
lettuce, cut into strips
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix half of the cheese with the breadcrumbs.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken breasts in breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken in a baking dish with a little oil, then add the leftover mixture of bread and cheese on top. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Blend the mango chutney with the chipotle.
Heat the tortillas and fill them with chicken, lettuce, mango, and mango chutney.
