  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix half of the cheese with the breadcrumbs.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in breadcrumbs.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish with a little oil, then add the leftover mixture of bread and cheese on top. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Blend the mango chutney with the chipotle.
  • Heat the tortillas and fill them with chicken, lettuce, mango, and mango chutney.
