Cut the chicken milanesa into four equal pieces.
Beat the egg and add salt and pepper to both the flour and the bread crumbs.
Dredge each piece of chicken milanesa in flour, then dip them in egg, and finally bread them with the bread crumbs.
In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chicken milanesa until golden brown on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
Remove from the oil and reserve on paper towels.
Cut the poblano peppers, remove the veins and seeds, and slice them into strips.
In a hot skillet, pour in a little oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the poblano pepper and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove the peppers from the heat and combine them with the diced tomato.
Place the milanesa on one of the slices of Oroweat® 7 Grain Bread, and top it with the filling and cheese.
Spread a little butter on Oroweat® 7 Grain Bread and cook in a hot skillet until the cheese melts and both sides of the bread are toasted.
