Spicy Crispy Chicken Burger

With this recipe, you will learn to make crispy chicken from scratch and prepare burgers dressed with Frank's Sauce and creamy coleslaw. The flavor of this burger will remind you of wings, and of course, pairing it with wedge fries and beer will be the perfect combination. We suggest letting the chicken marinate with the cream, as this will help tenderize it and make it softer.

  • 2 tablespoons Frank’S® Red Hot Wings sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • salt

  • 4 chicken breasts, large
  • 1 cup cereal flakes, ground
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup cabbage, grated
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup butterhead lettuce
  • potatoes, wedge for serving
  • lager beer, for serving

  • In a bowl, mix the cream with Frank's Sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, brown sugar, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  • Coat the chicken with the previous mixture and then cover with the cereal flakes until they adhere perfectly.
  • Fry for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • For the coleslaw, mix in a bowl the carrot, cabbage, onion, yogurt, mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Place on the bread, lettuce, fried chicken, and coleslaw, and top with the bread.
  • Serve with wedge fries and a beer. Enjoy.
