Buffalo Wings

  • 20 chicken wings
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

  • Preheat the oven to broil.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the wings with the oil so that they are all lightly coated.
  • Season the wings with salt and pepper.
  • Place the wings on a baking tray with a rack that allows the fat to drain while cooking.
  • Bake the wings for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and their skin is slightly crispy.
  • In a large pot, melt the butter and add the Tabasco and vinegar. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Coat the wings with the prepared buffalo sauce and serve.
