Butter Chicken with Vegetables

Nutritious and quick recipe for moms who rush from work to prepare. Butter chicken with vegetables, tastes delicious and already has vegetables!

  • chickens, in pieces with or without skin, I use them without skin
  • vegetable, in large pieces: potato, pumpkin, carrot, chayote
  •  celeries, (optional) its flavor is strong celeries, (optional) its flavor is strong
  •  butter, 1 tablespoon for every 6 pieces approximately butter, 1 tablespoon for every 6 pieces approximately

  • Remove the skin from the chicken.
  • In a pressure cooker, place the pieces of vegetables.
  • On top of the vegetable pieces, place the pieces of chicken.
  • Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Add a splash of water.
  • Done!!! Cover the pot, wait 15 to 20 minutes, and serve :)
