chickens, in pieces with or without skin, I use them without skin
vegetable, in large pieces: potato, pumpkin, carrot, chayote
celeries, (optional) its flavor is strong
butter, 1 tablespoon for every 6 pieces approximately
salt, to taste
1 dash water
pepper, to taste

Remove the skin from the chicken.
In a pressure cooker, place the pieces of vegetables.
On top of the vegetable pieces, place the pieces of chicken.
Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add a splash of water.
Done!!! Cover the pot, wait 15 to 20 minutes, and serve :)
