Cajun Chicken with Roasted Pineapple

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Nutrioli Spray®
  • 1 cup pineapple, sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, of colors, in medium strips
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, in halves
  • 1/2 cups red onion, julienned
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels, yellow

  • In a bowl, place the chicken, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and Nutrioli spray®; mix perfectly until combined and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Grill the previously marinated chicken with a little more Nutrioli spray® and cook until done. Right there, grill the pineapple and colored bell peppers.
  • On a cutting board, cut the chicken into strips and set aside.
  • Serve a bed of lettuce with the chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and yellow corn. Enjoy
