Chicken and Cheese Fingers in BBQ Sauce

Prepare this delicious snack of manchego cheese fingers with chicken, marinated in Hunt’s® Habanero BBQ Sauce for a spicy kick, wrapped in crispy bacon. It will be a hit among all your friends.

  • 6 chicken cutlets, flattened
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, in sticks
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cups Habanero BBQ sauce Hunt´S ®, more than enough to glaze
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped for garnish

  • Place a cheese stick in a chicken cutlet and roll it up to form the fingers, season with salt and pepper.
  • Glaze the chicken fingers with Hunt’s® Habanero BBQ sauce and marinate for 10 minutes. Wrap with bacon, securing with a wooden toothpick if necessary.
  • Cook the fingers over medium heat in a non-stick skillet until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is golden, glazing constantly with Hunt's® Habanero BBQ Sauce.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with chopped green onions.
