Chicken Breast in Mushroom Sauce

Delicious recipe for Chicken Breast in a creamy mushroom sauce, perfect to accompany white rice or mashed potatoes. Or, if you prefer something simpler, with toasted bread.

  • 1 pound chicken breast , sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed with 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tablespoons ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup button mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 cups red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 little box chicken broth
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons white wine

  • Season the chicken with garlic, pepper, and parsley, in hot oil sauté the chicken for three minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, flour, Chicken Broth tablet, and evaporated milk.
  • Mix well, let cook for five minutes, pour in the wine, and continue cooking for three more minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve
