1 pound chicken breast , sliced
2 cloves garlic, mashed with 1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tablespoons ground pepper
1 tablespoon parsley , chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup button mushroom, sliced
1/2 cups red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1 little box chicken broth
1 can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons white wine
Preparation

Season the chicken with garlic, pepper, and parsley, in hot oil sauté the chicken for three minutes.
Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, flour, Chicken Broth tablet, and evaporated milk.
Mix well, let cook for five minutes, pour in the wine, and continue cooking for three more minutes.
Remove from heat and serve
