500 grams Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
1 orange
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 cups flour
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
oil , necessary amount

Mix the Parmesan cheese, orange zest, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and breadcrumb zest.
Add a little salt to the flour and coat the flattened chicken breasts, removing excess flour.
Beat the egg and coat the chicken breast. Dredge the cutlet in the breadcrumbs mixture.
Fry the chicken breast in hot oil until it has a light golden color.
