Breaded Chicken Breast with Orange

This dish is an improved version of the typical chicken cutlets. Nothing beats a crispy chicken cutlet with a rich orange flavor.

  • 500 grams Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • oil , necessary amount

  • Mix the Parmesan cheese, orange zest, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and breadcrumb zest.
  • Add a little salt to the flour and coat the flattened chicken breasts, removing excess flour.
  • Beat the egg and coat the chicken breast. Dredge the cutlet in the breadcrumbs mixture.
  • Fry the chicken breast in hot oil until it has a light golden color.
