Cappuccino Chicken

  • 1 can evaporated milk, CARNATION® CLAVEL®
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 3 envelopes Nescafé® vanilla powder mix for making vanilla-flavored cappuccino coffee, (25 g each)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce, MAGGI®
  • 3 tablespoons corn oil
  • 3 boneless chicken breast, skinless, cut in half and cooked (1.8 kg)

  • For the sauce, blend CARNATION CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk with the following 4 ingredients; heat in a pot for 10 to 15 minutes or until it thickens a bit, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Remove from heat.
  • Heat a skillet with oil and fry the breasts on both sides until golden. Pour the sauce over and serve hot; decorate with coffee beans.
