For the sauce, blend CARNATION CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk with the following 4 ingredients; heat in a pot for 10 to 15 minutes or until it thickens a bit, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Remove from heat.
Heat a skillet with oil and fry the breasts on both sides until golden. Pour the sauce over and serve hot; decorate with coffee beans.
