Cheesy Chicken with Broccoli and Macaroni

  • 1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package elbow pasta, with cheese
  • 1 package broccoli, frozen (thaw before use)

  • Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring for 10 minutes.
  • Add the milk, water, and macaroni, cover the skillet. Cook on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until the macaroni is soft; remember to stir occasionally.
  • Incorporate the cheese sauce and broccoli; cook while stirring for 5 minutes or until really hot.
