1 package elbow pasta, with cheese
1 package broccoli, frozen (thaw before use)

Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring for 10 minutes.
Add the milk, water, and macaroni, cover the skillet. Cook on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until the macaroni is soft; remember to stir occasionally.
Incorporate the cheese sauce and broccoli; cook while stirring for 5 minutes or until really hot.
