4 morita chiles
1 kilo tomato
1 white onion
2 glasses cow's milk
1 cup María cookies
750 grams boneless chicken breast
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
oil , necessary amount
cream , to taste

Blend the tomato, onion, and morita chiles. Strain and transfer the mixture to a hot skillet with oil.
Blend the cream, milk, and María cookies separately. Add the mixture to the sauce in the skillet.
Boil the sauce until it thickens and add salt and pepper.
Brown the chicken breasts in another skillet until fully cooked.
Coat the chicken breasts with the morita sauce.
