Chicken Breast with Nopal

  • 4 nopales, medium
  • 1/2 red onions, in cubes
  • 100 grams panela cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Season the chicken breasts with a little salt and pepper.
  • In a medium skillet, grill the chicken breasts on both sides.
  • Cut the nopales and grill them in a pan.
  • Place the grilled nopales on top of the chicken breast, then add a little chopped cilantro and onion. Finally, sprinkle grated panela cheese on top and you're done!
